I’m having issues logging into the new loyalty program. What do I do?

You must create a new account (and password) using your email and/or phone number associated with your previous Costa Vida Club account. Upon creating a new account, an email will be sent to you to verify your identity and assist us in linking your old account to your new one.

Before contacting Costa Vida or Spendgo to seek help resolving any login issues, please check your email Spam and/or Junk folders to ensure that our emails are not getting filtered.

What will happen to my current points balance?

Don’t worry, your existing points will automatically transfer to our new loyalty platform. Just log into the new Costa Club experience on our website or through our new app. Be sure to use the same email address or phone number associated with your current account. If you use a different email address or phone number to log into the new Costa Club, your points cannot be matched to your new account.

What will happen to the Costa Cash I have already earned?

We will convert your existing Costa Cash into points that you can redeem for rewards in our new Costa Club program. Just log into the new Costa Club experience on our website or through our new app. Be sure to use the same email address or phone number associated with your current account. If you use a different email address or phone number to log into the new Costa Club, your existing Costa Cash cannot be converted into points in your new account.

How do I use an offer when I am ordering in the restaurant instead of online or on the app?

It’s easy! Just place your order with a team member at the counter like usual. Once you are at the register, check in as a loyalty member with the cashier before payment, and let them know you’d like to redeem an offer associated with your account.

How do I use an offer online?

All available offers associated with your account will be available to apply to your order during the checkout process. Please ensure appropriate items or order values are present in your cart before selecting and redeeming your offer.

What if I forget my loyalty password?

If you have already created a new account in our updated Costa Club, and now need to reset your password, no problem. There will always be an option to reset your password when you attempt to login. Please be sure to use the email address or phone number associated with your account. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, please check your email Spam and/or Junk folders to ensure that our emails are not getting filtered before contacting Costa Vida or Spendgo for assistance.

How do I get my points if I forget to check in or scan my app QR code at the register?

Don’t worry. Just follow the links on costavida.com or through the Costa Vida app to get credit for your points. Just log in to your account and provide your order information listed on your receipt. Once we confirm the order details, your points will be on their way.

How do I earn loyalty points for my orders at Costa Vida?

To earn points, you must be a registered member of the Costa Club. You can join by creating an account on costavida.com or through the new Costa Vida app. Once you are a member, make sure you sign in to your account before placing an online order, and you will receive loyalty points for your order. If you are ordering in the restaurant, just check in with the cashier before payment and scan the QR code in the Costa Vida app to receive loyalty points for your order.

How do I use a redeemable/coupon?

To use an app coupon/offer in store, have the cashier scan your app QR code at the register and tell them you’d like to use one of your offers. To use an offer on the app or online, add the relevant item to your cart and the offer/discount will be available to select when checking out.
