Did you know 95% of the Costa Vida menu naturally does not contain gluten? We have crafted the majority of our menu items to be safe for our gluten-sensitive guests without using unnatural gluten substitutes. Only four Costa Vida menu items contain gluten: our flour and wheat tortillas and key lime pie and tres leches desserts. That means the rest of our menu is safe for our gluten-free friends to enjoy!

Costa moms, we have a safe, healthy gluten-friendly option for your little ones. We make our corn tortillas from scratch and grill them on a sanitized comal to avoid cross-contamination. Your young Costavidans will love a cheesy corn tortilla taco, enchilada, or quesadilla. Simply skip the cinnamon tortilla to make this meal gluten-friendly.
Sweet Pork Nachos
Everything tastes better with queso, right? Our crunchy corn tortilla chips layer perfectly with homemade black beans, braised sweet pork, fresh pico de gallo, creamy guacamole, and, of course, golden, cheesy queso. Enjoy a small order or take home a regular size to share.
Grilled Chicken Fajita Tacos
Our new fajita veggies are sliced thin, tossed with our secret seasoning blend, and sautéed to sizzling perfection. We nestle these peppers and onions in a warm corn tortilla with tender, all natural grilled chicken, cool guacamole, and tangy sour cream to bring out the bold fajita flavor.
Grilled Steak Enchiladas
One of our most traditional flavor combinations is our juicy grilled steak and red enchilada sauce. We stuff a fresh corn tortilla with cheese and 100% Angus steak, and smother it with smoky red enchilada sauce. It’s bubbly, warm comfort food.
Our take on this traditional dessert can be described in three words – creamy, caramel heaven! Smooth vanilla custard smothered in indulgent caramel sauce. We add top it with whipped cream for a special treat that’s perfect for sharing.
