Costa Vida Key Lime Pie Recipe
We all have something in common this week – we’re craving pie! Each Thanksgiving, pie lovers spend over $700 million purchasing their favorite pies at grocery stores. While the traditional flavors include pumpkin, apple, and pecan, each year, more and more pie flavors are enjoyed for Thanksgiving dessert.

We believe using fresh, quality limes is the key to achieving the perfect balance of sweet and tart in this classic dessert. The combination of the creamy filling and the unexpected crunch of the toasty graham cracker crust have made our Key Lime Pie a Costa Vida classic. Costa Vida Key Lime Pie
9 inch graham cracker crust - storebought or homemade
2 eggs, beaten
3 14 oz. cans sweetened condensed milk
1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, condensed milk and lime juice using a rubber spatula until completely incorporated. Pour mixture onto prepared graham cracker crust.
Place pie tin on a sheet pan and bake for 8 minutes. The pie should be set but still a bit wobbly in the center with tiny bubbles bursting at the surface of the pie. The pie should not be browned. Cool for 5-10 minutes on a cooling rack, then place in the fridge to cool until cool completely.
Make ahead: this pie can be chilled in the refrigerator 1-2 days before serving. Just before serving, garnish with freshly whipped cream and a squeeze of fresh lime. Enjoy!
