St. Patrick’s Day is less than a week away and we can hardly wait. Coastal Mexico and Ireland may not seem to be a natural fit, but we love any day that gives us an excuse to celebrate! We may not have potatoes or corned beef, but we do serve plenty of fresh green ingredients every day. We’re sharing ways to add a little more green to your favorite menu items to make your St. Patrick’s Day effortlessly festive and fun!
If you like chips or nachos: Guacamole and Queso
